Did you notice that in his (Randy Cunningham) prepared speech, he mentioned his material wealth before his family?

Perhaps prison will give him a chance to think about all the hurtful comments he's made all his life.

This should be a lesson that karma does come back to kiss you in the @!#$ eventually.

As far as his family, is it really such a surprise why his son Todd was sent to Federal prison for drug smuggling and has repeatedly fell back into addiction time and time again? Aside from his military service and combat heroics (which I hold in high esteem), he has failed to demonstrate many of the other important traits which make an individual worthy of being seen as having good character.

Since his son has had many of the negative traits modeled for him over the years, perhaps Todd can soon watch a transformation take place in his father (Duke did say that he wanted to spend the remainder of his life working for good) while he counsels his father on the finer points of survival in the Federal pokey.
