The Unauthorized Randy “Duke” Cunningham Page

Randy has recently sought to use campaign contributions received to him to fund his mounting legel fees:

In the request, Cunningham stated that any money contributors don't want going to his legal bills would be given to the National Republican Congressional Campaign Committee.

Randy thinks that this offer to redirect this money and not spend it on his legal fees "is the right thing to do".

Too bad this choir boy type sentiment was not evident before his legal woes. Not that it is evident in any real sense now...

After pocketing the $700,000 overpayment (bribe?) on the Del Mar property, and another $400,000 overpayment (bribe?) on the sale of the Kelly C. to Kontogiannis, and a probable $2+ million appreciation on the imminent Rancho Santa Fe sale, shouldn't the Dukester be paying his own legal bills?

Let the alleged bribes pay for his legal fees, not campaign contributions.
