A congressman that hides from his own constituents - pathetic! Duke is finished; he only hopes not to be indited on criminal charges now. He might lose that fat cat pension that congress doles out to these crooks. He should resign so that the 50th District can get representation. Make no mistake - Cunningham is finished politically.

The reason why people like Randy Cunningham, and others like him, do the sleazy, dishonest things they do, is because they can....for a time.

When pressed, they run. Cowards always do. If a man is of an innocent frame of mind, he does not run.

But that is not the point of this post: Shame on all of us who had blinders on. The information is out there and has been out there. We have to go and find it. The days (if there ever where the days) where we can sit back and be complacent, secure in the knowledge that our elected reps are "doing the right thing" is over. I feel it is up to each one of us, no matter what district we live in or who our elected officials are, to watch what our reps. do. This goes for school administrators, Little League coaches on up to the President. Let's have accountability for everyone, ourselves included. It is our moral obligation to do so.

Why do they do the things they do, with impunity? Because they can. When Randy is finished and loses everything he has stolen and a new person is in his place...we are obligated to watch them as well. Stop listening...watch what they do...don't pay attention to what they say.
