|Duke Cunningham, the rich man's Jim Trafficant|

I am a native of Northeast Ohio, in what was the Congressional district of former disgraced Congressman James Trafficant. I'm not sure if people out here remember what happened to poor Jimbo. Traficant had people on payroll who were giving parts of their salaries to him. He also had ties to the mafia, was getting personal favors with his property, and was in general abusing his authority. Well, after being expelled from Congress, which I believe has only happenend a couple of times in our history, Jimbo ended up in federal prison. Traficant was an unpopular man in D.C., liked by neither party, and he sank alone.
