Author: Paul Date: 2006-08-17 21:14:48 Re-reading the article, you know his conduct in Congress was similar to his conduct in the Navy as it relates to being ignored and passed over for leadership roles. I'm telling you, had he been a regular Naval Aviator and not a MiG ace, the Navy would have released him from active duty before he make LCDR. Cunningham has got to be bi-polar. Tha view is not an excuse for him, but it could be a reason for his life long conduct.

Yep, he certainly did not take much, a couple million, for the "services" that he performed. A more sophisticted thief, doing it for non-psychological reasons, would have cleaned up. Because it seems that he engineered, what, $600M or more in contracts? His $2.4M is way less than one-half of 1%. 10% would have been more understandable.

Interesting commentary by Union-Trib columnist Logan Jenkins on the Kitty Kelly Interview:

Dan - It is very interesting to go back to the early 2000's comments on this site and read about the esteem people held for RDC and the disdain they had for this website. I would love to spend a happy hour with some of those "one thread wonders" who wrote what a savior Cunningham was and how extatic they were to have him represent the Republican causes in Washington, and to see if their opinion is the same 5 years later.

Author: Paul Date: 2006-09-20 16:34:15 To take a word from the right, "Ditto!" I recall Rushbo defending Cunningham when this all came out for a couple days. Then he went silent as a tomb on the subject of the "Knee Jerk Republican Jerk" Cunningham. Rushbo event mentioned this website. Way to go Dan! Outstanding 4.0 work!
