I understand this month (August) is Congressional Recess, our Reps are home. How do I find out when/where I can meet Mr. Cunningham? I
would like to tell him how bad the job market is and how he can help me
get back to work.

You can always call his local office in Escondido. Good luck though. Randy generally doesn't meet with the public. He usually talks to one or two "safe" groups, such as senior citizens or elementary school children, where nobody will ask him "tough" questions or disagree with him.
