OK, can someone explain the "Big Chinchilla" thing? I understand the Big, but not the Chinchilla part.

Well, you are right, Dan.

The last time I saw him was in 1999, I believe, and he was no more over weight than most. But also recall that he is being treated for cander and on of the drugs for cancer treatment is a steroid by the name of prednisone. In addition to it being a mood altering drug, it also packs on the weight.

His plea agreement sez that he could not appeal anything about the case including the sentence on any grounds. He's up the creek; now all that is left is to see how long that creek is.
