The Texas prosecutor going after Congressman Tom DeLay on campaign finance charges has issued another round of subpoenas.
The latest target records surrounding donations to DeLay and disgraced former California Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham. Cunningham has pleaded guilty to accepting bribes for government business and other favors.

As I have said, for once Dandy did something smart. . . he listened to his O'Melvany and Myers lawyers and early on copped a plea. This thing is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

You know, using the logic of Elie and other that pointed to Dandy shooting down 5 MiGs and being an Ace and therefore deserving of a pass, let's look at Herman Goring. He shot down something like 31 aircraft in WW1. He was an Ace 6 times over and held the Pour La Merte(sp?), the Blue Max. Does this mean that all of the Cunningham apologists would have also let Goring off the hook and not have had him tried as a war criminal?

That would be a bitter pill for them to swallow, Paul.

At least get your facts right He was in fact the first offical ACE fighter pilot of the VN war. I understand that dosen't mean anything to an @!#$ like yourself, but as someone who also fought there, it matters to me.
To do what he and his back seater did, on just one day, makes him a hero to a whole lot of his fellow Americans.

Tell us some of your experiences in Viet Nam. Where did you fight? Unit? Rank? Engagements?
